In 2012, the Madisonville Arts Center (MAC) was facing difficulties. The team there had been one of my biggest allies ever since we produced the first performance of Circus Mojo in their studio theatre back in 2010. I wanted to help out in any way I could.

The cabinet that oversees historic tax credits, film incentives, and tourism is all under one directive. Therefore, developing a good working relationship with this entity on many levels was advantageous due to my business’s various natures. Todd Cassidy was my contact at the Department of Tourism. “Keep bringing people to town, Paul. That’s the spirit of the Tourism Loan. Do you know how much the Commonwealth has given to NASCAR and the Creation Museum ? A circus in Ludlow fits right in,” he said in a congratulatory and hopeful manner.
