Negotiated a deal due to environmental remediation conditions. Ceiling chipping lead-based paint and moldy insulation. Secured site with 4 critical elements zoned entertainment/assembly, 20+ foot ceiling, level floor, and 3 phase power

Miller changes the vinyl on the MACH III sign. Receives a call and letter from local zoning. Miller’s “In Trouble” Didn’t get permission to hang a sign.
The Sign was there, and replaced the Vinyl the Fire Dept shows up.

Cirque Devou
In September of 2010 Circus Mojo Debuts with the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra at the Devou Park Bandshell a 1930 Work Progress Administration Landmark. Artists from Around the world and local youth from Ludlow. Former Ringling Bros Barnum & Bailey Circus Clowns and headliners Duo Rose, the first Americans to perform in Cuba since the Revolution.

Host Macy’s Artwave Sampler: Creating Communities Through the Arts. Major push to add a new storefront, carpet, tile, paint. These are the first steps to building the circus.

Circus Mojo’s Vocational Training Program at Hillcrest (Hamilton Co. Juvenile Detention Center) performs with Mojo Troupe, an opening Act under the Big Top with UniverSoul Circus.

Miller travels to Israel for the Dream Doctors Conference and with the aid of Dr. Yoel Donchin scrubs in for surgery to participate as a clown with the Anesthesia Team at Hadassah in Jerusalem.
