In November 2009, smarting from an epic legal battle in Chicago over intellectual property, the Millers purchased an empty factory theatre into create a circus.
Negotiated a deal due to environmental remediation conditions. Ceiling chipping lead-based paint and moldy insulation. Secured site with 4 critical elements zoned entertainment/assembly, 20+ foot ceiling, level floor, and 3 phase power

The Sign was there, and replaced the Vinyl the Fire Dept shows up.

Lawyers work, draft agreements, name each other additionally insured, Miller sources dumpsters, and 30 VFD Men and Women begin a Public Private Partnership supporting community development.

Demo complete in May Welcomes community for first circus and Thank you Celebration for Volunteer Ludlow Fire Dept.
The debut of Circus Mojo including Ludlow Youth in Free After School Vocational Programming and special guests from Chicago (Ghana and Sudan/South Sudan <before South Sudan gained independence in 2011>)
SUMMER CAMP
Circus Summer Camp free for kids in Ludlow. Paid Apprenticeships for local youth, including Jesse Suttles, passing rings here.
Cirque Devou
In September of 2010 Circus Mojo Debuts with the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra at the Devou Park Bandshell a 1930 Work Progress Administration Landmark. Artists from Around the world and local youth from Ludlow. Former Ringling Bros Barnum & Bailey Circus Clowns and headliners Duo Rose, the first Americans to perform in Cuba since the Revolution.
